• Weekend Rentals: (pickup Friday after 2:00PM and return Monday before 10:00AM) are billed as 1 day.

• One Rental Day is calculated as: pickup the day before the rental after 2:00pm, and return the day after the rental before 10:00am.

• Gear must be returned by 10:00AM the morning after your last day of rental or may be subject to additional charges.

• Early check-out or late returns may be possible, but need to be arranged in advance.

• Our facility is available for testing and pre-shoot prep.  You MUST schedule your prep in advance.

• Use of our prep space is free if you are renting a complete package, a camera, or a lens set from Braincell Camera.

• If you are bringing in the bulk of your camera package from outside suppliers, Braincell prep space is billed at $100/hr.

• All renters must supply a Certificate of Insurance (COI) showing that the rented equipment is covered for it's full replacement value.

• Braincell, LLC should be listed as Certificate Holder including additional insured for General Liability and as Loss Payee for Miscellaneous Rented Equipment with coverage equal to or greater in value than your order.

• If you do not have an existing insurance policy that covers rented equipment, you can purchase a Short-Term insurance policy from Athos Insurance. To purchase Short-Term insurance, go to the Athos Insurance home page…in the Quick Quote section, change the pulldown menu to "Short-Term" and enter your email address and rental coverage dollar amount. A quote will be emailed to you and you can purchase online with a credit card.
